Chao Stories- Ruby

Ruby the Chao's past is basically the original story's history. Her life is the main part of the story that leads to many of the main conflicts between the other characters.
The story of her destiny was revealed in part (48) and it actually wasn't completely explained. Before chao even existed in her garden, there were 3 Chaos Chao and Chaos (yes, Chaos, the blue jelly figure introduced in many Sonic games) The three Chaos Chao were the Normal, Dark, and Hero "holy spirits" of the story while Chaos himself was the main "god" mentioned many times throughout the story. All four of them wrote out destinies for each generation. Chaos searched the universe for some lost ones and realized a danger was going to be upon the chao species (The Undead) Chaos confronted the 3 other holy spirits and told them of the vision he saw of the entire world falling into the hands of this evil. Each one fled and searched the universe to find the destined children who would destroy the evil forever. After over a millennium of searching, they finally found each chao who would be completely affected by this and their family who would lead their own destinies. Soon after they discovered Ruby's (the last one that was most important) destiny, they named it The Third Destiny, meaning 3rd in her family of females to live and defeat the evil (mother and grandmother had their own destinies), youngest of the other two (Midnight and Spark) and the 3rd one to challenge the Undead King (Parasite) and live.
Afterwards, the chao just waited for her grandmother to be born to give her the destiny that she had. A few years later, Ruby's mother was born. She also had a destiny that involved Parasite's rule. Lastly, Ruby was born and is the 3rd female descendant from chao with a destiny that was searched for in the universe that took over a millennium.
The Soul Stones were in fact Chaos Emeralds but the name was destroyed and replaced with something else so that no evil could take over' it's power or use it for any other purpose. The story that Parasite explained was that the Soul Stones would feed his clan of chao forever and so he wouldn't have to kill Ruby or any other chao. He knew all along that the Stones were Emeralds but lied to toe world so they wouldn't know of their true powers.
Ruby's connection with Parasite is that he was expected to be a destiny but when he died, he was returned to the planet as an Undead Chao for searching for the destinies himself without permission, faulting with the astrological patterns of other chao, and killing his family members in an attempt to gain immortal power. He obviously was a black hole for complete world domination and control. He decided that killing Ruby and taking all the chao's powers would give him that control and immortal power that he needed. As soon as "the fire" was lit, he used the Soul Stones and turned them into his own power-sucking source that would take away the life and power from her and her friends. In parts (49, 50) he used this power to turn into Super Parasite and then suck the life from everyone but Midnight, Dino, and Spark. Spark sacrificed himself for Ruby and gave her his power, immediately defeating the destiny that Parasite found.
Another main connection is with Spark. Spark and Ruby met when Ruby flew clumsily over a cliff when Parasite killed her father and she ran from him. After saving her life, Spark promised to be friends with her forever (and Dino was also there to give that promise). As the years went by, they fell madly in love but were unaware of Parasite watching them all the time. They also never had a memory of the collars being placed on them when they were children and it remained unimportant until they realized in part (48) that the collars were coding devices meant to spy on their every move. Even so, their love grew and they married.
A night after being confirmed that Ruby and Spark would be having a child, Ruby had a dream and Parasite entered her mind and gave her two options: Stay with Spark and both the child and Spark would be murdered or leave and nobody would get hurt. Though it was one of her hardest decisions, Ruby decided to leave the Dark Garden where Spark and her would live of the rest of their lives and return to the Sky Garden where she was born. On the day of the child's birth, the egg suddenly turned a hideous green and cracked open to reveal bones and blood. Parasite killed it before it was born. Ruby couldn't believe that she fell for such a stupid trick and believed that Parasite would keep his word. After that terrible incident, she left Spark to make sure that if he died too, she wouldn't have to see it. Years later after he was long forgotten, the raids began and Ruby wanted to find out if Spark could help them defeat Parasite, realizing she would have to confess herself and the incident with her new husband, Midnight, who is also Spark's brother. Later, in part (30) they confronted each other again and throughout the rest of the story, their names pop up revealing their secret past of love and their connections with each other until part (50) when Spark sacrificed himself to save her so she could stop Parasite.
Her other connection is with Midnight. Before Ruby was even in his life, Midnight was with Spark in the Dark Garden. He was weeks away from becoming a full Dark Chao and joining his brother as a Warrior or some other position. The first raid was in his garden and on that day, his mother was killed. One part mentioned in the story is that Midnight's father was abusive and Spark had the same abusive behaviors, making the two chao seeming completely different chao. Midnight was a quiet and shy chao who was mostly raised by his mother until she died while Spark was mostly raised by his father until he died years later in a different situation. Still a very young and curious child, Midnight ventured out trying to "find his mother in the stars" hoping that she was not dead. He and Spark had an argument one night about it and Midnight flew away (and never returned to the Dark Garden) but almost died when falling off the same cliff where Ruby fell. After the fall, Midnight lost all of his memories of his life in the Dark Garden and he lived with Ruby and grew up thinking that the Sky Garden was all he had.
Her friendship with Dino is a simple as the fact that they are best friends. They met when Spark saved her life from the fall off the cliff. She has no romantic feelings for him considering that he is a ghost and not her type! He has always been there for her but has had to keep a secret from her for a long time. He had been speaking to Spark for the two years that she had been gone. He knew about her secret with her baby and tried to make them not see each other to completely end them so they wouldn't get hurt.
Lastly, the connection with X-Doll is a very important one. He was revealed to be Bullet, the oldest brother of both Spark and Midnight with no special powers. He sided Ruby in an attempt to escape the chains of his suit made by Parasite and free himself forever.  It wasn't until Bullet was revealed that everyone called him X or X-Doll. His line of brothers all had a friendship of some sort with Ruby but he kept hidden as different forms when she needed help. One example was the hot soup given to her by "a strange chao" when Ruby arrived in the Star Garden. Another example is when he took her back into her memories to find out more information on Spark's existence. X has been somewhat of a chao who does bad for good reasons, a spy, and a friendly companion but only he knew the real "entire" Destiny of everyone in the story and wasn't killed for finding it because Chaos and his 3 Chaos Chao considered the act "reliable" and he was able to find all the info on it.
